My Super Easy Hummus Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 tin of chickpeas including the juice
6 tablespoons tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
How To:
Blend all of the ingredients together at a high speed in your blender for about 5 minutes until smooth and silky and transfer to your serving bowl of choice. It really is as simple as that!Â
DB Tip:
For an added splash colour I sometimes add one cooked beetroot to the mixture to create a vibrant pink hummus as a tasty alternative at aperitivo time!
