RETURNS
We hope that you love your DB CERAMIC items as much as we do, however if something isn't quite right or you would like to return your purchase we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. We have a 14-day return policy. Kindly note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unused and in its original packaging. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customer's responsibility until we receive it back safely in our care - we, therefore, suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
