It's Christmas Cocktail time! 🍸🎄

It's Christmas Cocktail time! 🍸🎄
Popups, wreath making, marbling baubles, gingerbread houses, carol services, cards and canapés - it's been a busy first week of December!

The juggle is real at Christmas time but I adore kicking off the festive season as I do every year with a Christmas Mexican Fiesta at my London home for all my close friends.

We were jammed to the gills with a Mariachi band, fabulous frocks, the best tacos in town and delicious cocktails (which went down rather too easily).

Of course there were margaritas but a new winter favourite took centre stage for me. Enter the Winter Pimms.

So many friends asked for the recipe I wanted to share it with you here as it's so easy and a delicious alternative to mulled wine over the Christmas week. Give it a try and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

And don't forget to have plenty of olives, toasted nuts or whatever takes your fancy in little bowls dotted around for your guests (or yourself) to nibble on.
